From the day the Grant Contract is signed to years after the project ends — here is the whole journey in one place, and where in the Manual to find the detail.
Every section of this Manual has its place on this timeline — use it as a map of the whole project journey.
The starting point for everything — nine annexes (I–IX) define responsibilities, budget, procurement rules and reporting obligations.
Team nominated, Partnership Agreement signed, budget allocated, Procurement & Visibility Plans drafted, Sustainability Declaration signed.
These run in parallel for the whole duration of the project — with the JTS supporting all of them.
JTS monitoring visit assesses progress; Interim narrative + financial report submitted, triggering further pre-financing.
Final narrative + financial report submitted; at least one on-the-spot check is obligatory before the final balance is paid.
Execution period ends once the balance is paid — at the latest 18 months after the end of the implementation period.
Continued use, maintenance and visibility of results and assets — monitored through dedicated on-the-spot checks by the Managing Authority.
Minor or major amendments can be requested at any stage of implementation — always consult the JTS first.
Irregularities and fraud signals can — and should — be reported at any time, including anonymously.
