The implementation package provides information about the duties and responsibilities of Grant beneficiaries from the signature of a contract until its closure: such as reporting requirements, rules of secondary procurement, proofs of expenditure and ownership (including VAT exemption), visibility and other. The package includes relevant templates as annexes.
