Project Implementation Manual for Grant Beneficiaries Now Available
We are pleased to announce the publication of the Project Implementation manual for Grant Beneficiaries under the 1st Call for Proposals of the IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Serbia-North Macedonia.
Prepared as a practical guide for project implementation, the Manual is designed to support Grant Beneficiaries throughout the entire project lifecycle. It provides clear guidance on the application of the Grant Contract provisions and offers practical instructions to help beneficiaries implement their projects efficiently, correctly and in full compliance with the applicable rules.
The Manual covers all key aspects of project implementation, including project set-up, contractual obligations, contract amendments, financial management, procurement, reporting, communication and visibility requirements. It is complemented by a comprehensive set of annexes containing templates, examples and practical tools to facilitate day-to-day project implementation.
We encourage all Coordinators and Co-beneficiaries to consult the Manual regularly and use it for their practical reference throughout project implementation.
The PIM should be used in conjunction with the Grant Contract and its annexes. In the event of any discrepancy, the provisions of the Grant Contract shall prevail.
The Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) remains at the disposal of all Grant Beneficiaries to provide guidance, clarification and continuous support throughout the implementation of their projects.
