Project results | The project contributed to improving employability in rural populations (especially women and youth) through innovative agricultural production methods in line with sustainable resource use.
- Through nine training sessions, the capacities of 188 end-users and local rural communities were strengthened to explore new employment opportunities and agricultural cooperation.
- Based on research, key recommendations were developed for five rural areas, focusing on sectors identified as most promising, including the collection and processing of forest fruits and medicinal herbs, beekeeping, and traditional crafts.
- 35 project participants received mentoring support.
- A complete set of documents was developed and submitted for use in four municipalities, aiming to further develop these sectors through incentives and development plans, ensuring ongoing collaboration among stakeholders in the area.
