The Ministry of European Integration of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Local Self-Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, with the technical support of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-Border Cooperation Program (JTS CBC), invite you to attend a one-day workshop on the topic “Preparation of project proposals for the IPA CBC Program 2021-2027.”
The program is financed by the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance provided by the European Union and covers the budget period from 2021 to 2027. The program is implemented under the rules of a decentralized system of fund management, where the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia is responsible for negotiating financial resources.
The workshop will be held on June 5, 2024, in Vranje, at the premises of the Pcinja District Administration, at 1 Peti kongres street.
During the workshop, the Serbia – North Macedonia Cross-Border Cooperation Program will be presented, along with the development of a logical framework matrix in the context of cross-border cooperation programs and its connection to the application form, procurement procedures, financial management, expression of eligible costs in a standard budget form, as well as reporting and project monitoring methods.
