“Preparation of project proposals for the Cross-Border Cooperation Program”

The Ministry of European Integration of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Local Self-Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, with the technical support of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-Border Cooperation Program (JTS), invite You to attend a one-day workshop on the topic “Preparation of project proposals for the Cross-Border Cooperation Program IPA CBC 2021-2027 “.
The program is financed from the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance provided by the European Union and covers the budget period from 2021 to 2027. The program is implemented according to the rules of the decentralized fund management system, where the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia is responsible for contracting financial resources.
The workshop will be held on October 18, 2023 in Leskovac, at the Center for Professional Development of Education Employees, Leskovac Leskovačkog odreda 6.
During the workshop, the Serbia-North Macedonia cross-border cooperation program will be presented, the creation of a logical framework matrix in the context of the cross-border cooperation program and its connection with the application form, public procurement procedures, financial management, the declaration of acceptable costs in the standard budget form, as well as reporting and monitoring methods of the project.
If you are interested in attending the information workshop, please confirm your attendance by sending the completed Application Form to JTS electronically, via email address office@rs-mk.org no later than October 13, 2023. If you think that other institutions and organizations with which you cooperate may be interested in this workshop, please forward the information to them.
As the number of places is limited, the right to participate is acquired in the order of registration. Each of the applicants will receive a confirmation of the possibility, or not, to attend the workshop, and only because of the limited number of places.
Please keep in mind that the organizer of the workshop will bear the costs of food (refreshments and lunch) for all participants, while the costs of transportation, accommodation and possible per diems will be borne by the participants.
Among other things, we would like to inform you that each organization/institution is welcome to propose up to two representatives to participate in this workshop. If your organization/institution decides to send more than two representatives, the Joint Technical Secretariat will decide on the possible addition of places after the cut-off of the number of applicants.
